Wang Jing & Co. Invited to Attend the 2010 Bo’ao International Forum Haikou Yachting Industry Forum

2010 Bo'ao International Tourism Forum Haikou Yachting Industry Forum, jointly organized by the China Communication & Transportation Association, Hainan Tourism Development Commission and the People's Government of Haikou Municipality, was held ceremoniously on 19 March 2010 in Haikou. As invited by the organizers, partners Wang Jing and Shen Xiangman, as well as Senior Manager Zach Wortham attended the forum.
"Ideas on Accelerating the Development of the Tourism Industry" issued by State Council of China and implementation of the Hainan International Tourism Island project will create more opportunities for China's yachting industry which is still at the infant stage, and therefore are of great significance. The yachting industry is a vital part of tourism industry and yachting activities in China, and of the country's shipbuilding industry and Chinese marine cultures; therefore, the rapid expansion of yachting industry responds to the need of adjusting the industrial structure, fueling the domestic demand, and achieving sustainable development. In the next few years, the yachting industry will become another emerging industry and consumption market following the auto industry and consumption market. The People's Government of Hainan Province attaches great attention to the yachting industry and consumption market and will strive to develop and support this industry in the next few years, including the introduction of yacht manufacturing enterprises and management companies both home and abroad to engage in this industry.
During the forum, our partners communicated and exchanged ideas with the representatives participating in the conference, competent government officials, yacht exhibitors and investors of yacht clubs extensively, and all have confidence in the bright future of the yachting industry and consumption market.
