At the Prestigious, New G.T. Land Plaza Wang Jing & Co. will Enter Zhujiang New Town

----The Wang Jing & Co. headquarters will move into G.T. Land Plaza in Zhujiang New Town
On the 21st of May, 2010, managing partner, Mr. Wang Jing and senior partner, Mr. Zhao Shuzhou together with the general manager of G.T. Land Holdings Ltd., Mr. Liang Xuesen and the leasing director, Mr. Liu Wenmin concluded the contract signing ceremony for the new headquarters of Wang Jing & Co. which will be located in the G.T. Land Plaza in Zhujiang New Town. Wang Jing & Co. will rent more than 2,600 square meters in office space in Phase II of the G..T. Land Plaza, which signifies where the new milestone for Wang Jing & Co. will be laid and effectively establish a new beginning for our firm.
In 1995, Wang Jing & Co. moved from a Grade B office located in Jiangnan Avenue in Henan, Guangzhou into a Grade A office located in World Trade Centre, Huanshidong Road which was then the CBD of Guangzhou. Since that move, Wang Jing & Co. has been running its business in the same location for more than 16 years. During that time, Wang Jing & Co. has grown rapidly and established six branch offices throughout China ultimately making our Guangzhou office a real "headquarters". In order to adapt to current needs and future development, Wang Jing & Co. has decided to move into Zhujiang New Town which can provide more space for development and embodies a more international image at the end of this September. Zhujiang New Town is going to be the central financial and commercial district of Guangzhou in the 21 century, and has already built many landmark buildings, such as the Guangzhou Opera House, the New Guangzhou Museum, the New Guangzhou Library, the No.2 Guangzhou Children's Palace, the Guangzhou TV & Sightseeing Tower, the Twin Towers (West Tower and East Tower), etc. In addition, many Top 500 companies such as MOTOROLA, Standard Chartered Bank, Bank of Mitsubishi Tokyo, Sumitomo Mitsui Bank, Mizuho Bank, JPMorgan Chase Bank have all opened offices in Zhujiang New Town. The entire area is a well thought out complex featuring international finance, trading, commerce, entertainment and administrative offices and will be the base for international exchanges and cooperation in the fields of economics and culture. We believe this area will also be the window which will collectively display an image of Guangzhou as an international city.
Price Water House Coopers and General Electric are two companies which have also signed contracts with G.T. Land Plaza and they have obtained the naming rights for their towers. The north tower of Phrase II of the Plaza will be known as "Price Water House Coopers Tower" and the east tower of Phrase I of the Plaza will be known as "General Electric Tower".
Wang Jing & Co. now has a new location, a new start, with new goals and new hope. The Headquarters of Wang Jing & Co. will be larger and more modern and this move into Zhujiang New Town shows the momentum of Wang Jing & Co. as we step into a new decade and level of achievement.
