    Experience:
    From 1994 to 2002, Mr. Li was employed by Penavico Shantou as manager of the shipping department and legal counsel. He joined Wang Jing & Co. as paralegal, and from 2003 to 2004 was General Manager of W. J. Marine Consultant Services Limited, Xiamen, the local correspondent of Wang Jing & Co. He has been Director of the Firm's Xiamen Office since July 2007 and made partner in Junuary 2009.

    Mr. Li is experienced in dealing disputes of ship agency, freight forwarding, bills of lading, charter parties, cargo claims, marine insurance (including cargo insurance, hull insurance, and liability insurance), ship collision, arrest of ships, maritime salvage, maritime investigations, security rights on vessels (including maritime liens, lien on vessel and security), marine casualties claims, dispute over labor contract of seaman, international trade, letter of credit, and corporate law. In recent years, Mr. Li has handled over one hundred maritime and admiralty cases, many of which have been reported on in national media.
