    Experience:
    Between 1996 and 1998, Mr. Sun trained at a Shanghai law firm. In September 1999 he joined Wang Jing & Co. as an associate. In spring 2004 he completed an internship with Clyde & Co. focusing on trade, shipping, insurance and reinsurance, and in autumn 2004 he trained at a premier global insurance broker, Lloyd's in London and a major P&I Club. Since 2006, Mr. Sun leads the Arbitration / Maritime Group Team under the Maritime Group and in October 2007 became director of the Firm's Shenzhen Office. He made partner in January 2008.

    Mr. Sun is specialized in both litigation and arbitration dealing with matters relating to insurance (marine & non-marine), logistics and transportation (sea, air and land) and international trade. He also has experience in corporate law and handling other commercial affairs.

    Mr. Sun engages in research on insurance and shipping law as well as relevant cases, regularly writes articles for various kinds of newsletters and publications domestic and abroad, and delivers speeches regarding insurance and shipping matters under Chinese Law.
